EXCHANGES & RETURNS PROCEDURE

We hope that all our customers are happy with their recent purchase but on the rare occasion an item isn’t suitable, we offer complimentary returns on oujeer.com purchases, with the option to return within 180 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange exclusive Shipping charges. Your oujeer order will include a pre-paid returns label and the required returns documentation.

All returned products must retain all original packaging, boxes, and product tags. We are unable to accept items without attached tags or products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged.

We are also to accept returns for customised products.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s account. This includes sales taxes but does not include delivery charges. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Please use only our USPS, DHL, and FedEx to return the article.

EXCHANGES

Oujeer offers complimentary exchanges on online purchases within 180 days of receipt. Please note, at present, we only currently offer exchanges for an alternative size, not an alternative product. Additionally, we are unable to process online exchanges in an Oujeer retail store. 

If you have an Oujeer online account, log into your account, and select ‘my orders’. You will then be able to make an exchange request. If you don’t have a registered account and you checked out as a guest, please follow the below steps:

Click here and write the order number and email address used to place the order and the article to exchange and the reason and the new size.

Please note – your new article will not be sent until your unwanted item has arrived back with our returns team.

Finally – you’ll need to arrange your free return. We’ve made it as easy as possible – Please follow the instructions provided in the returns section below. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Oujeer offers complimentary returns on online purchases within 180 days. Once we receive your return, our returns team will process your request and we will contact you via email to confirm your return and refund. We aim to process your return within 72 hours – sooner if possible – but please allow up to 7 working days during sale periods.

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn

  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories

  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Oujeer packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the Order Number on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your return.
