How to measure a jacket
Note: Measurements provided are of the product when laid flat, not body measurements.

Chest is measured along with line A.
The shoulder is measured along with line B, from shoulder tip to shoulder tip.
Sleeve Length is measured from point C to D to E. (Point C is the center seam on the inside of the jacket neck).
Back Length is measured along with line F, one the back of the jacket. (From the seam at the base of the collar to the bottom hem of the jacket).

I recently had the chance to buy a men's coat in this store, and I must say the treatment by its staff was exquisite, especially the boy who facilitated the fix of the sleeves (I don't remember her name now). The prices, although high at the beginning, allowed a reduction that determined a fair cost, if you want to buy a high-quality product. If I ever go back to the USA, I will visit them again for sure. (I'm in love with wool coats, I must admit).
